Mix the following ingredients together

1 Green chilli, seeded and chopped

1 red chilli, seeded and chopped

Handful (about 20 g) parsley or coriander, finely chopped*

Zest of 1 lemon

How to use the topper

Ladle your soup to be served into bowls and spoon a tablespoon of the Chilli and Lemon Rind Topper into each bowl and each person can stir it into their soup. 

Note: Use Coriander when your soup has more of an Easter Cuisine flavour profile (E.g. coconut milk or cream) and parsley when dairy cream or tomato is part of your recipe.
