How to add fresh ginger

Ginger Tea:

Steep 1 piece of ginger the size of one digit of a grown man’s thumb in 250 – 500 ml of water for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy as is instead of tea/coffee.
Use a thermos flask or teapot. Add a piece of ginger the size of one digit of a grown man’s thumb sliced or grated and 500 ml of boiling water. Leave to stand for about 5 minutes and sip throughout the day. Use more ginger if you like. sweeten with a drop op honey if preferred.
