¼ cup (63ml) olive oil
2 Tbsp. (30ml) white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. (15ml) honey
Variations: Select one of the following to add to recipe:
2 Tbsp. (30ml) French mustard/Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. (30ml) tomato relish
2 Tbsp. (30ml) atchar
2 Tbsp. (30ml) curry paste
- Mix all ingredients together in a screw top bottle and shake well.
- Serve with couscous, buckwheat, pasta, rice, potato, roast vegetable or green salad
